Even though their styles are different, Lilly and Tina share a common complaint . . . .
They were perpetually disappointed when they bought clothes online and got them home to see they looked
nothing like they did on the 6' tall, size 2 model on the website. Then, not long ago, the concept
behind howdoesitfit.com came to Lilly as a brainstorm in the middle of the night. She immediately
e-mailed her BFF with her idea to start a fun website where like-minded girls of all sizes could
share their fashion finds and get advice on what looks great on them. She also found Brett,
an amazing website developer, who believed in her mission.
Together, we bring you howdoesitfit.com, where we
believe fashion is for women of all shapes and sizes. We know that
if we look good, it can help us feel good! Our site gives fashionistas
the opportunity to ask style questions without embarrassment and shamelessly
obsess and slobber over "it" items!!
Sign on and see how other girls your size look in those Seven jeans or that BCBG top.
Share what looks good on you and what's not so great.
Tell us what you love about your body and how you work with your "problem areas."
Not sure which outfit is better for a special occasion? Post your photos and get advice.
Got a little junk in the trunk and want to know if those Banana Republic pants flatter your backside? Don't ask your boyfriend, ask us.
Just want to brag about the perfect dress you found on sale? Show us!!
Join the fun . . . we can't wait to see what's in your closet.
p.s. Because we believe we're quite fortunate to have
this opportunity to start this website and share our fashionable finds,
we feel it is our duty to help those who are less fortunate -- no, we're
not talking about style faux pas, rather those women who don't have the
resources for keeping clothing on their backs. We're still brainstorming
ideas, so if you have one contact us at info@howdoesitfit.com.
